Unlike conventional baby wipes, Seventh Generation Wipes are not bleached with chemicals containing chlorine, and don't contain alcohol, fragrance, or synthetic ingredients that may irritate baby's sensitive skin. Every caregiver wants what's best for their children and the world they will grow up in. Studies show that children are disproportionately affected by daily exposures to toxic chemicals. But caregivers often had to choose between products that worked and products that were healthy for their baby and the planet. Until now. These baby wipes are made with all-natural ingredients, including water, cetyl hydroxyethylcellulose (plant-derived cleaning agent), glycerin (vegetable oil derived), citric acid (provides stability and pH balance), aloe barbadensis leaf extract, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate), potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate (food-grade preservatives). Hypoallergenic, whitened without chemicals containing chlorine, unscented, and alcohol free, Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Baby Wipes are perfect for around the house. Unlike many traditional baby wipes, ours are fragrance free, not bleached with chemicals containing chlorine and do not contain alcohol or synthetic ingredients that can irritate baby's skin. | | | Features: | |

Better than Pampers Baby FreshJun 25, 2010 I liked these okay. I wish they were more wet... I have to use SEVERAL when cleaning a dirty bottom. I do like that they are chlorine free(better for the earth and better for the baby). I'm going to try Tushies next but if I don't like those I wouldn't be opposed to switching back to these.
Safe for your babyMay 25, 2010 A friend emailed me an article about baby wipes a year or so ago and it really freaked me out. Some of the chemical ingredients they use barely have a place on a baby's bottom, never mind all the times I grab a wipe for hands and face! With 7th Generation, I know the ingredients are safer and therefor my kids are healthier.
Great WipesJan 28, 2010 I buy these wipes exclusively because they are fairly natural (though, unfortunately - not compostable,) unscented and non-irritating. Definitely recommend.
Great wipesJan 26, 2010 I've use seventh generation wipes for a couple of years and I think they're great. I like them better than the Earth's Best wipes...those are too wet. I'd definitely recommend the seventh gen wipes.

Great ProductJan 12, 2010 I use both the travel sized and regular packs of Seventh Generation wipes and love them. I feel good that I can do something (however small) to help out the environment and I've come to like them so much that I wouldn't go to "traditional" wipes unless these disappeared. I have had a few occassions where I ran out of wipes and had to run into CVS and buy some of the other brands and have never liked any of them. Plus, my 9-month old has NEVER had diaper rash (I also use Seventh Generation diapers which I love). One tip that a nurse gave me in the hospital for all wipes - open the package (top slot is fine) and run some cool water into it, swish it around and then drain through the opening. It helps keep wipes moister and gets rid of some of the citric acid that all wipes (even these) have which helps avoid diaper rash, especially in newborns.
