Both are quite good, but this review will focus on Hylands.
First, if you do NOT understand the theory and practice behind homeopathy, then you might agree with the people who claim this is 'poison'.
However, it IS NOT. Read up on homeopathy.
I'm not encouraging people to give beyond the recommended dosage, but it is next to impossible to OD on homeopathic remedies. Taking too much tends to weaken the effect of the medicine as the body becomes used to it.
Okay, stepping off the soap box.
My little one has been teething off and on for nearly two months. He's gnawing on everything in sight and every other day fusses to high heaven because of discomfort.
Initially I used Boiron's Camilia to help with the symptoms, but I was running through the doses too quickly.
I'd heard good things about Hyland's tablets (and I've used their meds for myself before) so I started giving them a try a couple weeks back.
1) Baby takes them without issue...I put them in the side of his mouth and squirt in a little water. I'd tried dissolving them in water first, but I find they dissolve so quickly in the mouth, there really isn't much need.
2) I only use as needed and generally don't administer more than 2-3 times daily. He's the fussiest an hour before naps (and the most drooly) so I often does him them. The effect of the remedy can be seen within 15mins for my baby.
3) I usually pair this with the Hyland's gel as well, although successfully bypassing his tongue to get to his gums is a trick.
Overall, I've been having solid success with using this product AS recommended.
I think it's slightly better than Boiron's Camilia, but I have to say Camilia travels better when you're out and about..
Would highly recommend as a natural alternative to synthetic medicines.

I can't believe how well these work. Our daughter gets instant relief from these. I usually do the 3 tablets as needed (maybe 3 times a day) instead of 2 every 2 hours and that seems to be enough now. These are her first two teeth. Maybe on the 2 year molars we will need more.
Very happy with them and I know they were highly recommended and used frequently by my parenting group too.
And a funny aside is that I shake the bottle before I give them to her so she's already learned that the noise means she's getting her tabs. She'll still be upset but she calms down enough to let me put them in her mouth. The first few times she had been so upset from her teething that she kept turning her head away. :(

Finally able to get some sleep...I use these teething tabs on my 5mos old that is having a rough time with teething and it works like a charm.

Bought these for my six-month-old after friends told me that they were a must. I had previously tried the "Lil' remedies" brand teething tablets and my daughter couldn't handle them. Even after I placed them under her tongue, she gagged. They just didn't dissolve quickly enough. Hyland's teething tablets dissolve SO quickly and my daughter actually enjoys them... not to mention they'd cause her to stop crying from teething pain.
I don't believe that these tablets are a replacement for orajel or motrin/tylenol when necessary - but they're definitely a welcomed homeopathic option. I recommend them to all of my friends and family members.

My teething son was absolutely inconsolable before Hylands Teething Tablets - Tylenol, Cold Binkies, Cold Wet Washcloths, even Motrin did not keep him from crying for hours in pain and waking constantly from the discomfort. Nothing has helped him settle and get his sleep through the teething process like the teething tablets have, and I feel much more at ease as a mother popping these natural tablets into his mouth throughout the day then constantly pumping him full of tylenol or motrin. We keep a supply on hand at all times not and keep them in our diaper bag as well.
