diaper coverFeb 17, 2010 This is an excellent product. I have never used a cover before, as I always used disposable diapers, but this is great.
Best diaper covers I've usedFeb 14, 2010 After cloth diapering one child from birth to potty trained and now our second son for over a year, the Super Whisper Wrap is our favorite diaper cover. We have tried many other diaper covers and other types of cloth diaper systems and we keep going back to our Super Whisper Wraps. It doesn't matter what you use on the inside; flat, pre-fold, fitted, or even (in a pinch) a folded up kitchen towel, they never leak. They are so easy to wash, just throw them in with the rest of the diapers and even use hot water. Some times we hang them to dry, but most of the time we just go ahead and throw them in the dryer. They still work great.
no leaksJan 25, 2010 We use both cloth diapers and disposables. These covers are fab. I actually got more leaks with the Costco/Kirkland brand diapers, actually we never had any leaks with the Bummis diaper cover at all. My only complaint is that they were a little bulky. My little boy looked like he had a humongous tush wearing these, but since these were the only covers I tried, I have nothing to compare them to. They were pretty easy to keep clean. I only bought 2 just to try them and would rinse off with soap and water and it would be dry by the next time I changed him. Basically you don't need too many.
Durable coverJan 18, 2010 This is a strong diaper cover. The material is thick yet still soft. I would give it 5 stars if it had leg gussets for extra protection.

Bummis vs ThirstiesJan 04, 2010 When I got into cloth diapering I got both the Bummis SSW and Thirsties (both the sized covers and the Duo). I love them both, but I wanted to tell the pros of the Bummis over the Thirsties.
Every baby's different, so if yours is similar to mine you may love the Bummis a little more. My baby girl (now 4 months old) has always had really chunky legs but not a big belly. Since the Bummis SSW don't have leg gussets, they don't hug her legs too tightly. I have to be careful with the Thirsties because if I'm not, I may get them too tight on her legs. Do I have leaks since the SSW doesn't have leg gussets? No, I just make sure the prefold underneath is on good and I have a fleece liner in to help the absorbancy.
I do love both Bummis and Thirsties, I just think too many people address the issue of skinny legged babies when there's some of us with chubby legged babies and have to be careful that the leg gussets of some diaper covers don't squeeze them too much. Hope I helped :)
