 Better for older infantsJul 11, 2010
My 9 month old is terrified of this. It is hard and stiff and when I try to put it on her she screams and tries to pull it off. I'm sure it would be very convenient during feeding times if I could just get it on her... lol.

Don't waste your money on anything else. This is the best bib you can find. We bought this as gift to all our friends with babies and they all loved it.

Tough but stiff. I may have problem trying to roll this up to carry out. TommeeTippee is softer, able to roll but its concave pelican bib may collapse during use. have not purchase combi which have similar too.
Not Wearable For Baby (great otherwise)May 24, 2010
Both my girls complained that this bib hurt them. They have tried numerous other types and brands of bibs before, and this is the only one they said hurt. Both of them refused to wear this bib. Neither the fastening strap that goes around the neck or the plastic bib material are soft. The fastening strap around their neck especially bothers them. The stiff bottom part of the bib pushes into the high chair tray and makes my daughters' uncomfortable.
The bib is a breeze to clean and the pocket is by far the very best of any bib for catching and holding fallen food or spills. The colors are attractive and the material durable.
I hope Bjorn can find a way to redesign this bib so that it is actually soft and comfortable (wearable), while maintaining its excellent function.

We are on our second child, and have tried many different bibs. This is the best kind out there. It catches more than other bibs, retains its shape, and rinses off easily after meals. We have one that is a couple years old and a brand new one, and the old one looks like the new one. Another advantage is that it is difficult for children to pull off. I love that it is not velcro. These bibs are worth every penny.
